Who We Are
Allen and Rebecca Harris are the founders of REM. They moved to the central Oregon coast with a God-given mandate to “hold the line” and “rebuild the wall.” Living most of their life and raising their family in Colorado, King Jesus placed Oregon on their hearts as a place full of God's beauty and in much need of His power and ambassadors. After many years of intentional prayer, in 2022 they left their lives and businesses in Colorado Springs to pioneer a new ministry on the Oregon coast starting in Florence. Allen and Rebecca are both ordained under Healing Hearts Ministries through Teia Martinez Ministries International. They love building relationships and serving people, and they take every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with their family.

Allen
Allen is a seasoned entrepreneur having run a successful construction business for 26 years. He has a mind for business and building. He has a pastoral calling and a father’s heart with an apostolic anointing.
Rebecca
Rebecca has loved raising her four children and delights in her grandson. She has a counselor's heart and has served and been mentored by seasoned deliverance ministers, led women’s ministries, and functions as a prophetic voice with a heartbeat for intersession.
